MADES makes available on her website mades.es, specific informative contents about its activities. These terms and conditions solely and exclusively govern the use of the USERS who access MADES’ website. The current general terms and conditions are set forth to the USER on the website mades.es, on each and every page, in order to be read, printed, archived and accepted via the Internet and thus be fully informed.

FIFTH.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.- These current terms and general conditions are governed by the Spanish Law, whose courts have jurisdiction to settle any dispute or controversy arising from these current terms and general conditions, with the explicit waiver of any other jurisdiction the USER may be entitled to.

The user is responsible for providing only truthful information, making use of and taking reliable care of the username and password provided, when requested to do so in order to access said services and contents. Likewise, they must inform, with due diligence, the administrator of mades.es concerning any event, theft, misplacement or misuse of the username and password assigned to the user.
