In the context of website navigation and in relation to the forms provided on it, no data transfers to third parties nor international data transfers are foreseen.

HOW LONG IS THE INFORMATION KEPT?

The retention period of the information will vary depending on the type of processing:

MADES uses the appropriate technologies to the current state of the art to protect your data and personal information; our website is stored on secure servers protected against the most common types of attacks. MADES has adopted technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, considering the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed. We remind you of the need for your username and password to be private and non-transferable.

DATA PORTABILITY You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Company, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the Company, where the processing is based on consent and is carried out by automated means. In exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible. This right to data portability does not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. The right to data portability does not extend to data that the Company has inferred from data derived directly from the use of the services provided.

TRUTHFULNESS AND UPDATE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED

All the information provided by the User must be truthful and accurate. For this purpose, the User must ensure the authenticity of all the data provided as a result of completing the corresponding forms. To register and/or fill out any form, the User must provide all the data indicated in those forms as mandatory, guaranteeing that the data provided are accurate and relevant to reality. The variation of your data must be notified as soon as possible to MADES. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to MADES or third parties by the information provided.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

MADES reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes, as well as to industry practices. In such cases, MADES will announce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable notice before their implementation.
