WHAT ARE YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants various rights to data subjects regarding the processing of their personal data. Below, we inform you about each of these rights and the channels through which you can submit the corresponding request:
TYPE OF RIGHT | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
ACCESS | You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, to access the following information: the purposes of the processing; the categories of data processed; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data has been or will be disclosed; where possible, the expected retention period of the personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period. |
RECTIFICATION | You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Considering the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including through a supplementary statement. To exercise this right, you must specify in your request which data is being referred to and the correction to be made; when necessary, you should also attach documentation proving the inaccuracy or incompleteness of the data being processed. |
RESTRICTION | You have the right to obtain restriction of data processing when one of the following conditions is met:
|
PORTABILITY | You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Company, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from the Company, where the processing is based on consent and carried out by automated means. When exercising your right to data portability, you also have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one data controller to another, where technically feasible. This right to data portability does not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller. The right to data portability does not extend to data that the Company has inferred from data derived directly from the use of the services provided. |
